I hope you had a wonderful and fun filled weekend! 🙂
I just wanted to let you know that I did make your chocolate zucchini cake.
I made it with your chocolate frosting recipe.
It was FANTASTIC!! Everyone enjoy it so much that I had none leftover for the next day….LOL!!
When I made another one, I did have extra zucchini, I used three 6″ cake pans instead of two 8″ cake pans. I’m thinking of making cupcakes next time.
The recipe was great….again…the cakes came out so nice and moist.
I used the same chocolate frosting recipe to frost my cake with.
Talk about a tasty cake, DELICIOUS!!! THANK YOU for such delicious cake recipes!

I also wanted to let you know that my friends and I split into two groups to make your recipes for the CARAMEL BANANA BANOFFEE CAKE and the one from your book on page 151.
They obviously did not look as perfect as yours, but man-oh-man were they awesome tasting cakes!!
We all agreed that they both were wonderful cakes, but the majority of us liked the banana version better. You, Tatyana, are a genius with desserts!!

Your teriyaki chicken breast was very good, loved it!!
Such an easy sauce to make at home, thank you!
The Asian salad is next on my list of ‘must-make’ food.

Have a great day Tatyana and PLEASE keep making your awesome videos!!
