My ‘Tropical Acai Bowl’ is made with coconut milk and lots of tropical fruit like mango, papaya and pineapple! If you have fresh passionfruit available, try adding that, too! It will add so much great flavor. Enjoy it in the morning as a delicious breakfast, or fruity and healthy after-dinner dessert!
My husband and I recently traveled to Los Angeles and our friends took us the most amazing acai bowl shop in Huntington Beach. It was a small, hole-in-the-wall place with a HUGE line out the door! We waited close to 30 minutes for the most amazing acai bowl I’ve ever had! It was so thick and creamy and made with fresh and aromatic fruit. I wish I could make one that good at home! This recipe made with acai, mango and pineapple is a close copycat recipe!
