  • White Wine & Prosecco – you’ll need both flat and sparkling wine for this recipe. For the white wine, go with a dry wine such as pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc. Stay away from dessert wines!
  • Peach Liqueur – peach schnapps will also work. Look for peche de crème from France.
  • Golden Rum – white rum will also work. Use an unflavored rum for best results.

How to Make Pineapple Peach White Sangria

  1. Measure out the peach liqueur and golden rum and pour into the pitcher. Pour in the flat white wine, then use a spoon to stir.
  2. Add all the fruit into the pitcher, making sure it’s covered with liquids. Cover the sangria with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best results.

How to Serve White Sangria

Allowing the sangria to chill overnight will give you the best results and a fruitier sangria!

For each serving, spoon some of the fruit into a serving glass before pouring in the sangria. Top the sangria off with well-chilled prosecco. I recommend doing half sangria and half sparkling wine.

Garnish each glass with a slice of strawberry and enjoy!
