This beef stew recipe is top rated on my website and one of the most popular on YouTube, too and for good reason! This stew is packed with so much incredible flavor! It’s made with chunky beef, baby potatoes, mushrooms, carrots and more! It’s the ultimate comfort food, great year-round!
2. The Best Cinnamon Rolls (Seriously Amazing!)
If you haven’t tried my recipe for cinnamon rolls, you’re missing out! These are seriously the BEST-ever cinnamon rolls – extra fluffy, super soft and moist, and so delicious! They’re topping with a cream cheese icing, too! I have a secret ingredient and method that makes these extra amazing!
3. How to Make Vanilla Sponge Cake
The one and only recipe you’ll need to make the perfect sponge cake! I use this recipe for many of my cake recipes! It’s part of my ‘Back to Cake Basics’ series where I share basic cake recipes that you can mix and match. This sponge cake is super light and fluffy and holds its shape well, too!

This incredible fruity cake has been going strong on my blog for years! It’s a favorite of mine for the summer time with fresh berries and seasonal fruit! I make it with fluffy sponge cake, soak the layers with sangria and frost the cake with a creamy whipped cream frosting! It’s always a huge hit!
6. Easy Potato & Chicken Casserole
Need a quick and easy dinner idea? Look no further! This incredibly easy and delicious potato and chicken casserole has always been a huge hit on my blog! The creamy sauce paired with the juicy chicken and baby potatoes is a match made in heaven!
7. White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake
I would have this cheesecake for breakfast, lunch and dinner! It’s so delicious and one of my personal favorites! Rich and creamy white chocolate cheesecake dotted with fresh raspberries, topped with a tart raspberry sauce, and served with whipped cream! I love to make this one for the holidays but it’s great for any time of the year!
8. How to Make Cream Cheese Frosting
Another fantastic recipe from my ‘Back to Cake Basics’ series! This creamy cream cheese frosting has a fan following, and it’s one of my favorites! I use this frosting for many of my cake recipes, like my ‘Blueberry Lemon Cake‘, ‘Pineapple Carrot Cake‘, ‘Lemon Raspberry Cake‘, and ‘Red Velvet Cake’.
9. Grilled Garlic & Herb Lamb Chops
The most delicious and juicy grilled lamb chops seasoned with garlic and fresh herbs! This recipe was a huge hit during the summertime and one of my personal favorites, too! It’s super easy to make and very impressive, especially if you have company over!
10. Creamy Mango Cake
The ultimate mango cake! This creamy, fluffy and fruity cake is made with delicate sponge cake layers, filled with mango puree and frosted with a creamy mango whipped cream frosting! It’s perfect for any special occasion, especially during the warmer months!
