Avocado Toast – 5 Ways

Avocados are one of my favorite foods (they’re actually fruits!) and I have avocado almost everyday! I add it to salads, sandwiches and I especially love avocado toast because you can add anything to the top to create a delicious snack. There are hundreds of ways to enjoy avocado toast and I’m sharing 5 of my favorites today – bacon, corn and goat cheese; bruschetta; poached egg and prosciutto; smoked salmon; and strawberries and honey.

Seriously gorgeous strawberry and goat cheese toast! Such a delicious combination! I love the sweet and berry flavor of the strawberry combined with creamy goat cheese and crunchy almonds.

Smoked salmon, cucumber, ¬†dill, capers and avocado – breakfast just doesn’t get any better than this! This flavor combination is my all-time favorite! You can also try adding a poached egg on top to make it even more delicious.
