While it’s definitely not as dense as a regular cheesecake, this version still has that delicious flavor! The cheese helps stabilize the cream, helping it set better, and it provides great taste. If you don’t like the tangy flavor of cream cheese, mascarpone cheese will also work well for this no-bake cheesecake!
