Sparkling Cranberry Punch (video)
No holiday party is complete without a delicious cocktail! And this sparkling cranberry punch will not disappoint your guests! Holiday fruit punch can’t get any easier or more refreshing than this! This simple yet visually stunning drink needs just four ingredients: cranberry juice, orange juice, sparkling wine and St. Germain. If you’ve never tried St. Germain, or elderflower liqueur, you’re in for a real treat! I love this fruity and flowery liqueur for drinks and for making desserts. The flavor is unique and when combined with the juice and sparkling wine in this recipe, it’s simply heavenly!

Ingredients for Sparkling Cranberry Punch
Here are the main ingredients you’ll need to make this delicious cocktail:
- St. Germain elderflower liqueur: this unique and sweet flowery liqueur pairs very well with tart cranberry juice.
- Orange Juice: I recommend using pulp-free orange juice for a smooth cocktail.
- Cranberry Juice: use 100% pure, unsweetened cranberry juice. The elderflower liqueur and the orange juice will already add tons of sweetness.
- Sparkling Wine: use well-chilled sparkling wine to make a sparkling cocktail. Don’t use champagne. It’s more expensive and it won’t make a difference in the recipe.
- Oranges & Cranberries: use fresh sliced oranges and fresh cranberries as a garnish.
How to Make Cranberry Punch
You’ll love how EASY this recipe is to make!
- First, make sure to have the orange juice, cranberry juice and the sparkling wine or champagne chilled.
- Measure out the juices, wine and St. Germain and pour into a pitcher or bowl. Stir to combine.
- If needed, add a little bit of ice. I don’t recommend ice since it will water down the drink. If you do need to add ice, consider freezing cranberry juice in an ice tray overnight. This way, the drink will stay chilled and delicious!
- Enjoy!
Serving the Cranberry Punch
Serve this sparkling cranberry punch in tall champagne flute out of a large punch bowl garnished with orange slices, cranberries and maybe even some fresh rosemary to set the mood. You can also serve it in a tall pitcher or in a glass drink dispenser. Just make sure to keep everything refrigerated and chilled and mix the drink a few minutes before your guests arrive for the best results.
Non-Alcoholic Version
Need a non-alcoholic version for the kids? This fruit punch will be great without the alcohol, too! Just switch out the St. Germain with ginger ale soda. For the sparkling wine, use sparkling white grape juice instead! Mix and serve the drink the same way and enjoy!
