This easy and delicious slow-cooker barbecue pork ribs recipe is great to enjoy year round! This recipe yields amazing, fall-off-the-bone, melt-in-your-mouth ribs!! The pork ribs are seasoned with a dry spice rub, then slow-cooked for 4 hours, grilled and coated with sweet and smoky sauce. These ribs are super flavorful and simply fall off the bone and melt in your mouth!
What I should really tell you though is – these are the BEST ribs ever! If you love your ribs to melt in your mouth and be packed full of flavor, this recipe is for you! I have yet to have better ribs anywhere else. Sometimes I get tempted to try some ribs at a restaurant, only to get disappointed because I know I can make them better at home. That’s how good this recipe is!
The Grilled Corn
To go along with these killer-good bbq pork ribs, I love to make my grilled corn seasoned with loads of butter, garlic, herbs, cilantro and a touch of lime! You’ll love the combination of flavors! These is my favorite way to enjoy corn on the cob! Try adding a touch of lime juice, cilantro and queso fresco cheese over the top for more flavor!
This buttered, seasoned and grilled corn is simply amazing!
