Easy, creamy tropical fruit smoothie with strawberries, papaya, coconut milk and more!
Ingredients
3cupsfrozen strawberries
1/2cupfrozen blueberry, or huckleberry/blackberry
1large, ripe banana
1/2 to 1strawberry papaya
2cupsfresh pineapple, or canned, drained of syrup
2large kiwi
1cuplow-fat coconut milk, can use almond, soy, rice or regular
2tablespoonshoney
Instructions
Adjust ingredient amounts to your liking. Feel free to add more of one ingredient if it's your favorite fruit! Place everything into a blender and blend for 2-3 minutes.
You can split this recipe in half and place prepared fruit into the refrigerator/freezer.
