Easy smoked salmon tea sandwiches with cucumbers, dill and capers!
Ingredients
1/2large, thin baguette
5 to 6ozsliced smoked salmon
3ozBoursin Garlic & Herbs Cheese
1/2English cucumber, sliced
Fresh dill and capers, for garnish
Instructions
This recipe can easily be scaled up or down depending on how many tea sandwiches you desire. First, prepare the bread. Thinly slice the baguette into 1/3-inch slices. Next, brush the bread very lightly with olive oil and then place the pan under the broiler for a few minutes.
Next, spread Boursin cheese generously onto each toasted slice. Top with sliced cucumbers and then add the smoked salmon. Fold the smoked salmon to create more dimension. Garnish with freshly chopped dill and add a few capers to each sandwich.
