This recipe is ridiculously easy; almost can’t call it a recipe! I love raw zucchini – it’s so delicious and crispy! I make this dish very often as a snack or salad or appetizer AND it’s much healthier than a bowl of chips or popcorn! Try using your favorite low-fat salad dressing to season your zucchini ‘chips’!
