Piroshki are every Russian’s favorite snack food! This piroshki recipe made with smoked salmon, cheese and dill is one of my favorites! My inspiration behind this recipe goes back to my favorite piroshki bakery. They make these at a small shop located at the Pike Place Market in Seattle – I ALWAYS stop by and grab a snack when I’m there!
