Smoked Salmon Piroshki with Dill

Piroshki are every Russian’s favorite snack food! These salmon piroshki made with chunks of baked salmon, smoked salmon, cheese and dill is one of my favorites! My inspiration behind this recipe goes back to my favorite piroshki bakery. They make these at a small shop located at the Pike Place Market in Seattle – I ALWAYS stop by and grab a snack when I’m there! Make sure to check them out if you’re ever in the area but be prepared for a long line!
