Cooked beets dressed with pressed garlic, mayonnaise and fresh dill. This recipe was originally a salad recipe that my mother made all the time, one of my favorites! I find that the salad recipe works great as a spread, too! The garlic packs a punch but it’s balances by the sweet beets and savory dressing.
