Overnight oats are a convenient breakfast and these “Tropical Delight Oats” with Quaker Oats are the perfect way to start off your day! These creamy oats start with a simple 1:1 ratio of oats and milk and then are topped with pineapple, coconut and white chocolate, making them extra indulgent! PREP TIME: 5 MINUTES
1 cup Quaker Oats Standard Oats
1 cup fat-free milk
2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
2/3 cup diced pineapple, fresh or canned
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
- Prepare the oats:
- For each serving, combine ½ cup of oats and ½ cup of fat-free milk in a small bowl.
- Stir in 1 tablespoon of sweetened condensed milk.
- Top each portion with 1/3 cup of diced pineapple and sprinkle the top with 1 tablespoon shredded coconut and 1 tablespoon white chocolate chips
- Set in the refrigerator overnight.
