Fish Tacos with Fresh Mango Salsa and Chimichurri

Fish tacos are the best when they’re made with sweet mango and avocado salsa and the best chimichurri dipping sauce. Just add a squeeze of lime juice and you’re in taco heaven! For this recipe, I typically use tilapia since it’s readily available but any white fish will work well. And the chimichurri sauce is a MUST! It transforms any tacos!
