    I commend you on your authentic recipes and presentation. I used to help Mum when I was a young child a hundred years ago, then life took over

    and all was forgotten. Now that I am a grandmother to a family who will never make traditional UkrainianRussian food, I love to keep this in their lives for as long as I can.

    Watching your videos has reinstilled the passion, and the memories of past torture when Mum used to call me in from play to sit for hours making enough Piroski and Pelmenyi to feed the family, make me laugh.
