    Hello Tatyana,
    I’m planning on making this cake tomorrow and would like to decorate it with white cream outside? I know dulce de leche cream is delicious but my sister wants white cake for her birthday. What buttercream would you suggest for the Kievskiy Cake?
    Also, when does the bee become more soft? and one more question, can I add nuts into the cake? if so, what kind of nuts and should I add it to beze or sponge cake?

      Hi Esther! If you want to go with a white buttercream, I have a few different options on my channel. I think the white creme I used in my chocolate spartak cake will also work well! 🙂 The meringue will become soft depending on what type of frosting you use, it will stay crispy longer with a buttercream
