½ teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon paprika

1 ½ cups grated Fontina cheese, plus extra for topping

  3. Prepare the sauce.
    1. Into the same pan, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté for a few minutes, just until onion is translucent.
    2. Add the chicken broth, cream, salt, pepper, dried herbs and paprika.
    3. Bring the sauce up to a simmer for a few minutes.
  4. Assemble the casserole.
    1. In the same pan or in a large mixing bowl, combine the cheese, pistachios, cranberries, cooked pasta and cream sauce. Toss together until the pasta is well-coated.
    2. Transfer the pasta into a casserole baking dish.
    3. Arrange the prepare pork tenderloin over the top.
    4. Sprinkle top with additional cheese, pistachios and cranberries.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 400F for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.
