    WOW! I made this cake and it is absolutely awesome. I made it with NO RASPBERRRIES. It reminded me of the Spartak cake, but this crepe cake is not as messy to make.

    My guests and I coul not stop eating it.

        Dear Tatyana,

        I would love to try this as soon as posible cause my mouth are watering hahah πŸ™‚
        But can you please tell me can i use Agava syrup or some other sweetener,cause i am not consuming sugar.
        And also can i use other type of flour as a substitute for wheat flour?

          Hi Milos! Thank you for reaching out to me! I haven’t tried this recipe with agave syrup but I do think that the crepe batter will turn out, I’m not sure about the filling though. It might make it too runny. As far as the flour, you can try using almond flour.

    It was so good!!! Made it last year for my bday and now looking it up to make again for this year too. Has a very special flavor. Oh and that frosting is my number 1 fav. I put it on cupcakes too.

    If I stack it in a springform pan, should I take off the sides when I stack it and then close the cake? How would I be able to put in the filling without it being to awkward?

      Hi! I put it together with the sides on. It is a little awkward to add the filling with the sides on, but this way the cake will be more straight.
