Cheese-Filled Crepes – Nalesniki

Delicious crepes filled with ricotta, mascarpone and cottage cheese! This easy and delectable dessert can be served after dinner as a dessert or for breakfast, topped with fruit and whipped cream! "Nalesniki" originate from Eastern Europe and Russia, where they are made with raisins.

    Typical ukrainian recipe, but beside the filling of cottage cheese, the crepes filled with cooked and groud meat, served with cold creame fraîche, so delicious . Great american accent btw
